Biting debt collectors in the jugular – 1
November 3, 2008
Most people don’t know how to deal with debt collectors. In fact, it is this weakness that gives them all the power in the field. These companies are only able to operate out of the fear of the ignorant, and it is entirely in their interest to make sure everyone stays that way. Unfortunately for them, their tactics are a dual-edged sword; those with even a basic understanding of how the law works, specifically contract law, are self-endowed with the quintessential bane of credit debt collection.
Electronic credit (which comprises most of the credit these days) relies on people accepting binary code as a valuable object. Credit companies do not lose anything tangible when you use the credit they give you. You see, credit companies work on an EFT (electronic funds transfer) system. When you open a credit line with their company, they are using your signature as a value. In other words, their books are balanced the moment you sign for a card. When you use your credit card to “purchase” a good, there is absolutely nothing coming out of the pockets of the companies.
What they do next is ask you to “pay them back”. In essence, however, giving them dollar bills in exchange for them leaving you alone is not only extortion, but double-paying. You have already paid them with your signature the moment you sign for the card.
I might not be making much sense here; it’s a little tricky once a person first hears it. I’ll provide some links below for more information on what the hell I’m talking about.
Less than a week after I turned 18, I was presented with literal piles of mail which contained advertisements begging me to open a credit line. Being young and in deep lust with my newfound independence, I opened 6 credit accounts over the course of two months, eventually drying each one of them up like a man on fire. A couple months later I received the inevitable collection letters. A couple weeks after that the constant out-of-state phone calls began.
I was a mess. My heart raced every time the phone rang. I stopped opening mail, knowing that it would do nothing but hurt me to do so. My family, having already been through this kind of thing offered to help, but my pride wouldn’t let me accept any of it. Looking back it almost feels as if the back of my head was telling me to ignore the collection harassment, as if there was something coming to save me if I just waited a little bit longer.
I could not have been more right. I am 20 now and have taken these collection companies by the balls, so to speak. Before I delve into the finer details, please try to remember one thing: debt collectors and credit pushers are desperate for your ignorance. Without it, they’re the biggest joke on the planet.
Without going too far into the inefficiency of credit at the basic level, here’s how this all works.
All Law is Contract Law
Read that again. All – Law – Is – Contract – Law. What does this mean? Basically, you can’t be held accountable for things you weren’t told. There are four basic requirements for a contract to be valid:
1. Full disclosure
2. Equal consideration
3. Lawful terms and conditions
4. Signatures of the parties/meeting of the minds
Now, how does this apply to credit? In every way.
1. Full Disclosure (we are not told that we are creating the credit with our signature);
2. Equal Consideration (they bring nothing to the table, hence they have nothing to lose);
3. Lawful Terms and Conditions (they are based upon fraud); and
4. Signatures of the Parties/ Meeting of the Minds (corporations can’t sign because they have no right, or mind, to contract as they are legal fictions).

I’m not going to go much further than that in this introduction. If this interests you, read more about it. I have provided informational links at the bottom of this post.
In this series of blogs I intend to document my efforts to bring collection companies to their knees using the knowledge of which nature they hope no one gets a hold. Read on friends, read on.

As much as Obama seems to me to be…
October 23, 2008
…a big lie,
I think I’m just going to take one for the team and vote for him this time instead of Ron Paul. I DO NOT WANT McCAIN to WIN THIS ELECTION.
And despite the media, the Republicans have (Democrats too, but to a lesser extent) a documented history of rigging elections. So McCain DOES have a much much much better chance of being elected than the mass media wants to admit to its viewers.
Here’s what’s going to happen in my life if McCain is elected:
I will finish the month of school I have left after the election, and then move out of this hopeless country. I’m not even joking. I pawn off everything I don’t absolutely need and head for Asia or Europe.
Considering that, I kind of hope McCain wins now! JK JK JK
‘Top international military officials meet in Adirondacks’
October 20, 2008

SARANAC LAKE – Powerful generals and admirals from some of the most powerful nations on Earth are reportedly meeting somewhere in the local area this weekend after flying into the Adirondack Regional Airport in Lake Clear on Friday.
Among the passengers of a large Boeing 757 airplane with “United States of America” printed on its fuselage were top members of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and their counterparts from France, Germany and another country, possibly Great Britain, according to Barry DeFuria, a town of Harrietstown councilman and Airport Committee member who was there when the plane landed. A top military delegation from Italy flew in on a separate Falcon airplane, DeFuria said.
Town Supervisor Larry Miller, also on the Airport Committee, was also there and confirmed which nations’ officials were on which planes, but he said he did not know what kind of officials they were or where they were going from the airport. He said he and DeFuria had to get security clearances to be present and that soldiers were guarding the 757 around the clock at the airport.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff is the leadership council of the U.S. military, comprised of the top general or admiral of each branch of the armed services. Its current chairman is Admiral Michael Mullen.
That’s it. No major media coverage….just one single small article in a local newspaper. Does this not concern the media that top military leaders from around the world are meeting, and they seem to want to make sure no one is aware? What are they planning?
One thing is for sure; something big is about to happen.
Meh….nobody reads this blog anyway
Dow plunges 500 points
October 6, 2008
The Dow is below 10,000 for the first time in nearly 10 years. They are not alone. Russia, Brazil, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Austria, Denmark, and Indonesia stock markets have fallen 10 percent so far today. Iceland suspended trading. Austria and the Netherlands halted for some time.

I say “they” because this is not our, we-the-people’s, mess. It’s a mix of greedy homicidal banksters and a fiat monetary system. Looks like they expect us to clean up their tracks as usual

Bailout bill passes; United States descends into fascism.
October 3, 2008
This is it. The bailout bill has passed the Senate and House, in that order (unconstitutional, by the way). Today I officially declare the United States to be ruled by a fascist regime. We as a people can no longer presume to be protected by the Constitution, nor expect our representatives to listen to our needs and desires. What has happened today should do nothing less than convince people that Washington, DC has completely terminated their mutual relationship with the people.
There is no going back for the government at this point.
We are on our own now.

“US Banking Collapse a ‘Controlled Demolition’”
October 1, 2008
“Under the Constitution, Hank Paulson qualifies as a tyrant and should be taken up on charges.”
What does the rest of the world know that we don’t? The United States Dollar is dead.
While we are being jerked around by the mainstream media here at home, the rest of the world has already drawn the final conclusion for us, and what they are saying about us isn’t pretty.
We are in the middle of a crisis much larger than most Americans could imagine, a portion of America can’t even handle it, for that matter. The Bailout was an awful idea, and the majority of Americans realized that. There is even a provision that would grant Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson dictatorial powers, and that is obviously insane, but here we are debating it. It’s like asking a dead man whether he wants to be buried or cremated; it’s a non issue and Congress is just playing a game to distract the American people. We need to move ahead, and we should begin with taking our country back from the tyrants.
Hank Paulson has already taken control of the US banking system; journalist and expert economist Max Keiser compares Paulson to the 9/11 hijackers, calling him a financial terrorist. Keiser has been making his rounds on international broadcasts, including France 24 and Press TV where he compares the collapse of the US banking system to WTC 7 – “a controlled demolition.”
Our news is being filtered and the rest of the world is ready to write us off. China has asked domestic banks to stop lending to U.S. financial institutions to prevent losses. America has relied on borrowing money from foreign lenders, and China was one of the largest. We have put ourselves in debt to China, and now they have cut us off.
Meanwhile, the President of the United States is trying to scare the American people, threatening: support the Bailout or face more bank failures and a stock market crash; 401Ks will evaporate; home prices will plummet and foreclosures will rise. Sadly we face all of these things plus much worse, with or without the bailout, and our president is deceiving us and he’s being aided by the media.
During his speech on Wednesday, Bush claimed to have been informed by, “The government’s top economic experts” and they are warning us, “without immediate action…America could slip into a financial panic and a distressing scenario would unfold.”
These experts are the same ones that led us to this economic crisis. Many have been predicting this collapse for years. Let’s listen to some other economists. Yesterday Senator Shelby, ranking Republican on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, met with the President and brought with him a 5 page list of the nation’s leading economists, who do not agree with the Bailout Proposal and have offered alternatives.
The veil has been lifted for those who have eyes to see it. We are being shown who is in control of America, and it is what many of us know already – the bankers- the central bank. It is a sickening display.
Right now we are relying on the rest of the world. If they continue to dump or threaten to dump our dollar, we are sunk, and if our representatives pass the Bailout and the Fed “prints” all those billions of dollars, (trillions when its all said and done) we are sunk. Our dollar will be worthless. Either way they are taking it to zero.
It is not an ideal situation but we are in it and there are other factors bringing us to our knees.
According to the Energy Information Administration (EIA) our gasoline inventories are the lowest since 1967. The southeast is running out of gas; Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in North Carolina has shut down; and AAA reports that Nashville TN has the worst gas shortage, 85% of the gas stations are closed, and where you can find fuel, the wait can be 4 hours long. Add that to the flood damaged wheat, corn and soybean crops and our supermarket shelves will be thin. What will happen when we are hungry and broke? They would expect us to be upset about that. Bush can declare himself a dictator at any time, according to PDD 51, and implement martial law for any reason. In early September an article from theArmy Times went virtually unnoticed for a couple of weeks. They reported that troops will soon be patrolling our streets:“The 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys. Now they’re training for the same mission — with a twist — at home.
Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or man-made emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.”
We are on our own, people. Congress is merely making a final attempt at looking sincere, as they have been profiting all along. The main stream media has no loyalty to America either. Their strings are pulled the same way by the same people. America has been hijacked. We have lost everything, and now they want to leave us broke and homeless on the continent our forefathers conquered. We cannot let that happen. Get the mist out of your eyes and Stand.

Kucinich offers alternative to $700 billion bailout
September 30, 2008

Kudos to you, Mr. Kucinich, kudos to you! :
Dear Friend,
While Wall Street and the Bush Administration try to blackmail Congress into a $700 billion bailout for corporations that have shown zero concern about the plight of the American people through the last decade, I have been working on a comprehensive alternative. Today, I am releasing a plan for economic recovery that will provide not only economic stimulus, but also fairness for everyday people on every “Main Street” in America. The plan is detailed below, and it will also be available on the campaign website www.kucinich.us.
Of course, this is a plan that has not only economic implications, but also moral and spiritual implications as well. The social, economic, and political divisions in our nation must be healed. We can make a new beginning, seizing this moment of crisis and transforming it into a moment of rebirth for our nation. I hope you will take the time to read it, consider it, and share it with your friends. I welcome your comments and your support.
More tomorrow.
Thank you,
Kucinich’s Main Street Recovery Plan
1. Health Care for All: Insurance companies make money not providing health care. As the co-author of HR 676, a universal, single-payer, not-for-profit health care system, Medicare for All, I understand millions of Americans want health care that is accessible and affordable.
Medicare for All will help businesses large and small, create jobs as well as save the jobs of thousands of people including those of doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers who are currently leaving medicine because it is run by the insurance companies. $1 in every 3 dollars of the $2.4 trillion spent annually in America for health care goes to the insurance companies. If we take that money ($800 billion in unproductive wasteful spending) and put it directly into care, we will have enough money to cover everyone. We are already paying for Medicare for all, but not receiving it. HR 676 changes that!
2. Prescription Drug Benefit for Seniors: HR 6800 is the MEDS Act, which provides a fully paid prescription drug benefit, under Medicare, for all seniors. I wrote this bill to help alleviate the economic pressure that comes from the high cost of prescription drugs. We can pay for it by letting the government negotiate drug prices with the pharmaceutical companies as well as by permitting re-importation.
3. Stop the Oil Companies’ Price Gouging: As you know, I was the first one to step up to challenge of the corrupt price gouging and market speculation of the oil companies by proposing a windfall profits tax, on oil and natural gas companies, with revenues put into tax credits for the purchase of fuel-efficient American-made cars. However, it may be that nationalization is the only way to put an end to the oil companies’ sharp practices.
4. Protecting the American Homestead: As Chairman of the Domestic Policy Oversight Subcommittee, I am working to protect your basic right to have a roof over your head, whether as an owner or renter. I have investigated and helped to expose the manipulation of mortgage markets, and I am crafting a new federal policy so that neighborhoods with the highest number of foreclosures get the most help.
5. Jobs for All: Congressman LaTourette and I have co-authored the bi-partisan New Deal-type jobs program, HR 3400, “Rebuilding America’s Infrastructure.” It will create millions of good-paying new jobs rebuilding our roads, bridges, water systems and sewer systems.
6. American Manufacturing Policy: I am drafting the American Manufacturing Policy Act, which for the first time, will state that the maintenance of U.S. steel, automotive, and aerospace industries are vital to our national economic security and must be maintained through integrated public-private cooperation, new trade policies, and investment.
7. Works Green Administration: I am also drafting plans for a green New Deal jobs program, in which the government creates millions of jobs by incentivizing the design, engineering, manufacturing, distribution and maintenance of millions of wind and solar micro-technologies for millions of homes and businesses, dramatically lowering energy costs and reducing our dependence on oil.
8. Fair Trade: The U.S. has lost millions of good-paying jobs, and more jobs have been out-sourced. As you know, I have helped to lead the way in opposition to trade giveaways. I strongly urge repeal of NAFTA. We must include workers’ rights, human rights and environmental quality principles in all trade pacts. We must also protect the Great Lakes’ water resources from the reach of multi-national corporations.
9. Education for All: I know families need help with the rising cost of day care. That is why I introduced HR 4060, a universal pre-kindergarten program to ensure that all children ages 3-5 have access to full-day, quality day care.
10. Protecting Pensions: I am working to change bankruptcy laws so pensioners’ claims will be first, ahead of banks, and that corporate executives who misuse workers’ pension funds are subject to criminal penalties. I want to fully fund the Pension Benefit Guarantee Board.
11. Social Security: From my first moments in Congress, I have exposed Wall Street’s efforts to privatize Social Security and attacked it in the Democratic Caucus when it was being proposed. Can you imagine where seniors would be today if Social Security had been turned over to the stock market? Social Security is solid through 2032 without any changes.
12. Protect Bank Deposits: I will work to make sure the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has sufficient funds to provide for insurance of deposits up to $200,000 at all banks and savings and loans. This is an urgent matter since so many banks are said to be vulnerable.
13. Protect Investors: Bring back strong regulation to Wall Street. As Chairman of the Domestic Policy Subcommittee, I challenged the Wall Street hedge fund speculators as a threat to small investors. I intend to keep active watch over the machinations on Wall Street.
14. Strength through Peace: You’ll remember when I led the effort against the ill-conceived Iraq war, which has now cost more than 4,100 US soldiers’ lives, cost U.S. taxpayers between $3 trillion and $5 trillion, and resulted in the deaths of more than a million Iraqis. We must bring our troops home and end the war. We must engage in diplomacy. We must reduce the military budget, and we must stop outrageous cost overruns by the likes of Halliburton.
15. Safety in America: I am proud of my work for peace. In July 2001, I introduced a bill, which today is HR 808, that for the first time creates a comprehensive plan to deal with the issues of violence in American society, particularly domestic violence, spousal abuse, child abuse, gang violence, gun violence, racial violence, and violence against gays by establishing a Cabinet-level Department of Peace and Restorative Justice. This proposal has sparked a national movement and when implemented will save tax payers millions of dollars.
16. Monetary Policy: It is long past the time that we looked at the implications of our debt based monetary system, the privatization of money created by the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, the banks fractional reserve system and our debt-based economic system. Unless we have dramatic reform of monetary policy, the entire economic system will continue to accelerate wealth upwards. I am currently working on drafting legislation for an ‘American Monetary Act’ to address these and other issues in order to protect the economic wellbeing of America.
Fed creates $630 billion out of thin air after bailout failure
September 30, 2008
Like my colleagues on AboveTopSecret.com have echoed, this seems fishy. If the Fed already is already empowered to do what the bailout plan claimed to do, then why go through the trouble of trying to pass it through the bureaucracy? Perhaps someone could help speculate with me
Anyway, this goes to show that it really no longer matters what the people want in this country. I have little doubt now that a second great depression will rear its ugly face in a short matter of months, and fascism (mounted by Big Brother) will ride in on a shining horse to “save” the people from the mess. Fan-fucking-tastic. Not surprising, but very sad indeed.
Bailout fails! House rejects proposal
September 29, 2008

Thief. Crook. Smoker?
The financial bailout bill failed to pass today with a vote of 228-205. This is excellent news, but it’s quite alarming that it failed to pass by such few votes; it’s been projected that 80-90 percent of American citizens opposed the measure, and yet so many representatives had the downright arrogance to vote for it? SICKENING.
The Dow today dropped 778 points, the most the exchange has ever lost, surpassing last week’s 721 point drop.
Either way though, thank god it has been stopped for now. I wouldn’t be surprised to see similar proposals popping up in the next couple days, only with smaller and more palatable dollar amounts. I hope not a single one goes through. In order for America to avert itself from its path to fascism, the market must crash. After that happens, we as a group of people with common interests must see to it that we are not swindled like our elders were after the Great Depression. We must remain vigilant and protective of our natural rights, no matter the circumstances.
“We now have a deal that promises to bring near-term stability to our financial turmoil, but at what price?” Republican Congressman Michael Pence, a critic of the bailout, asked in a letter to colleagues.

Thaddeus McCotter: “…bag of dung…”
September 29, 2008
“Wall Street Washington crony-capitalists have put a 700 billion dollar bag of dung on taxpayers doorsteps, rung the bell, and expect you to thank them when you answer it. I think the American people will believe otherwise.”
